Service Calls and Stone Repair

On site service calls for damaged quartz, marble and granite surfaces, from chipped edges to separated seams.

Materials we work with

  • Quartz
  • Marble
  • Granite
  • Tile

Common situations

  • A chip at a sink cutout, edge or corner
  • A visible crack across a countertop span
  • A seam that has opened, lifted or collects debris
  • Damage after an appliance, sink or cabinet change
  • A surface that no longer sits level or feels loose

The assessment process

  1. 1

You send photos, the material and a description of the damage.

  2. 2

We review what is visible and ask for anything missing.

  3. 3

We assess the surface on site, including support and substrate.

  4. 4

We explain what can be corrected and what cannot.

  5. 5

We complete the agreed work and review the result with you.

What to prepare

  • Wide photo of the full surface
  • Close photo of the damage with something for scale
  • Material, if you know it
  • When the damage appeared
  • Access details and preferred timing

Repair outcomes depend on material, damage type, support and previous work. We do not diagnose damage without an inspection.

FAQ

Can every crack be repaired?
No. Some cracks are structural or run through a span that cannot be supported. We assess the surface first and tell you when replacement is the better option.
Will the repair be invisible?
Repairs are color matched and blended as closely as the material allows. Natural stone varies, so results depend on the slab, the finish and the damage.
How fast can you come out?
Send your request with photos and we will confirm availability. We do not publish turnaround times we cannot guarantee.
